INTRODUCTION

This Trading Terms and Conditions & Investment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Trust Capital Finance Global LLC and the investor to outline the terms governing investments, trading activities, and withdrawal policies. By engaging in any investment or trading activity with the Company, the Investor acknowledges
and agrees to the terms and conditions herein.

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Trust Capital Finance Global LLC offers investment opportunities across various financial and asset classes,
including but not limited to:

• Cryptocurrency Investments: Bitcoin, Ethereum, meme
  coins, and other digital assets.
• Oil and Gas Investments: Participation in exploration,
  production, and trading.
• Mining: Investments in precious metals, minerals, and
  blockchain mining operations.
• Real Estate: Investment in commercial and residential
• Retirement Investments: Long-term financial security
  options.

RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI)

• The Company offers a 57.5% monthly return on investment (ROI) for all investment portfolio
• Returns are calculated based on the initial investment amount and disbursed according to the Company’s investment policies.

INVESTMENT TERMS AND LOCK-IN PERIOD

Minimum Investment Period: All investments are subject to a mandatory one-year lock-in period.

Early Withdrawal Policy: Investors wishing to withdraw funds before the one-year period must pay an early withdrawal fee of 25% of the total investment and profit accrued. 

Access to Funds: Investors may withdraw their initial capital and accumulated profits only after the one-year lock-in
period.

INVESTOR OBLIGATIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS

By entering into this Agreement, the Investor represents and warrants that:

• They are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of Entering into this Agreement.
• They have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and accept the risks associated with investing.
• The funds used for investment are legally obtained and do not originate from any illicit activities.
• They will not hold the Company liable for any losses incurred as part of their investment.

COMPANY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any investment program at its sole discretion.
• The Company will manage investments in good faith but is not liable for external market fluctuations.
• The Company retains the right to *reject, freeze, or close* an investor’s account if any fraudulent activity is detected.

FEES AND CHARGES

• Management Fees: The Company may charge management fees for handling investment portfolios.
• Transaction Fees: Fees may be applicable for trading, transfers, or withdrawals, subject to
  prior notification.
• Early Withdrawal Fee: As stipulated, a 25% penalty fee applies for withdrawals before the
  one-year period.

WITHDRAWAL AND PAYMENT TERMS

• Withdrawals are processed only after the one-year period , except for early withdrawals subject
  to fees.
• The Company will transfer funds to the Investor’s registered bank account or cryptocurrency
  wallet.
• Withdrawal requests may take *7-14 business days* for processing, depending on transaction
  volume.

TAXATION AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

• Investors are responsible for *declaring and paying any taxes* applicable to their investment
  gains in their respective jurisdictions.
• The Company complies with all *applicable financial and regulatory laws* and may request KYC
  (Know Your Customer) verification.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory changes, cyberattacks, or economic crises.

Trust Capital Finance Global LLC offers both short-term and long-term loan options with low-interest rates and no collateral requirements.

Loan Amounts & Interest Rates

• Loans from $100,000 and above: Fixed 2.5% interest rate.
• Loans from $90,000 and below: Fixed 3% interest rate.

Loan Duration

• Short-Term Loans: Custom repayment plans based on borrower needs.
• Long-Term Loans: Available for up to 10 years with flexible repayment options
• No Collateral Required: Loans are granted based on eligibility criteria without the need for any collateral
• Fast Approval and Disbursement: Loans are processed and disbursed efficiently, ensuring quick access to funds.

INVESTOR AND BORROWER OBLIGATIONS

By entering into this Agreement, the Investor or Borrower agrees that:

• They are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• They understand and accept the terms governing investments and loans.
• They have provided accurate and truthful financial
information.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

• Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in California, in accordance with the governing laws of The United States of America.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PRIVACY

• The Company shall handle all investor data with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• The Investor agrees not to disclose any proprietary information regarding the Company’s investment strategies.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

• The Company reserves the right to terminate an investor’s account due to violations of this Agreement or fraudulent activities.
• Investors may terminate their investment at the end of the lock­ in period, subject to withdrawal conditions.

AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

• The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Investors will be notified of changes via email or official website announcements.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By investing with Trust Capital Finance Global LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Your participation in any investment program constitutes a legally binding agreement.

This Agreement is legally binding upon execution. Please retain a copy for your own records.
